Flora Acre has established contact with multiple law firms and intends to pursue ongoing investigations into infringing sellers, businesses, and websites. Our enforcement efforts will not be limited to removing individual listings.

Where supported by the evidence and applicable law, we will pursue takedowns, court orders to stop infringement, monetary compensation, and recovery of legal fees and costs. We reserve the right to seek court-authorized asset restraints where legally available.

Changing store names, switching domains, deleting listings, or altering the presentation of copied artwork does not automatically eliminate liability for past infringement. We reserve all rights to pursue responsible parties through available legal channels.

Report Suspected Counterfeits and Infringement

If you discover suspected counterfeit products or unauthorized use of our artwork, or believe you have purchased such products, please send evidence to support@floraacre.com.

Useful evidence includes seller details, product links, screenshots, order records, and photographs of products received. Please redact payment details and other unnecessary personal information.

Verified reports that materially contribute to a successful recovery may qualify for a monetary reward after compensation has actually been received, subject to eligibility and reward terms confirmed separately. False or fabricated reports are not eligible.

Copyright Protection Across Our Artwork

Copyright registration applications have been filed for all original illustration assets on this website. Registrations have been issued for all works.

Copyright protection applies to the individual illustrations themselves, regardless of the product, medium, or format in which they appear.

Unless permitted by applicable law, prior permission from the copyright owner is required to copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or incorporate these illustrations into products, websites, product listings, photographs, videos, advertisements, or social media content, including content on Facebook and Instagram.

Changing the product, packaging, layout, background, or presentation does not, by itself, authorize copying of the illustrations. Unauthorized reproduction or adaptation may constitute copyright infringement even when the overall product or content looks different.
