How Plantable Seed Paper Works

Plantable seed paper is a paper product made with seeds inside. Flora Acre uses it for cards, calendars, and gifts that can be enjoyed first, then planted later according to the product instructions.

Cards and calendars can begin as notes, keepsakes, or desk pieces before becoming a planting moment.

Step 1: Use the paper gift first

Write the message, display the calendar, or keep the card for the occasion. Plantable paper is still meant to feel like a real gift before it becomes a growing activity.

Step 2: Prepare for planting

When you are ready, follow the instructions for that product. Most plantable paper works best when it is softened with water, placed with soil coverage, and kept moist without being waterlogged.

Step 3: Give it light, water, and patience

Seeds need the right balance of moisture, warmth, airflow, and light. Results can vary by seed type, planting season, soil, climate, and care.

Planting can happen in small pots, patios, balconies, windowsills, classrooms, or garden beds when the conditions are right.

Why the paper recipe matters

Plantable paper should protect the seeds while still allowing water, air, and young roots to move through the paper. Our current plantable paper line is designed around recycled paper, coco coir, nutrients, and no glass-fiber filler.

Proof slot: add material composition proof, no-glass-fiber statement, process documentation, or seed batch testing here if you want to show formal support.
